1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the services provided by HSD Assist to its clients, whether individuals or professionals. They specify the rights and obligations of each party.
2. Ordering Process
The client contacts HSD Assist by phone or in person to present their request. HSD Assist then prepares a personalized quote. The order is considered accepted after the client signs the quote. An invoice is then issued and must be paid according to the agreed terms before the service is performed.
3. Travel expenses
The client is responsible for all travel expenses incurred in providing the services. These include, but are not limited to: mileage, tolls, parking fees, and any other travel-related costs.
A fixed or actual price schedule may be applied and will be communicated to the client before any intervention.
The fees are charged separately and must be paid according to the terms set out in the quote or contract.
4. Payment terms
Payment of the invoice is due according to the terms specified in the quote. Work will not begin until payment is received, unless otherwise expressly agreed in the quote. Accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice.
5. Terms and conditions for the provision of services
Services are provided remotely, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties for on-site intervention if required. Dates and times of intervention are set by mutual agreement. Any additional requests may be subject to a supplementary quote.
6. Mentorship Program
For each new referred customer who enters into a service contract, the referring customer receives a 5% discount on their next monthly bill.
The discount is valid only once per referral, up to a maximum total of 10% per invoice. The referrer must be an active customer. The discount is applied after the first invoice has been paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
For individuals (consumers): In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of signing the quote, unless the service has started immediately with their express agreement.
